Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches).
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

3. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We always aim to keep shipping fees as low and transparent as possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
You can track your shipment status directly on the carrier’s website or through your FromDA account dashboard (if available).

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
FromDA is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request reshipment by covering additional shipping costs.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties once the package reaches their destination country.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:
1. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will do our best to locate your package or offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund) if confirmed lost.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos of the packaging and the item immediately.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
