Thank you for shopping with FromDA (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at https://www.from-d-a.com/. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of women’s bags. If you are not entirely happy, we have set rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges so you know what to expect.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return / Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
The bag must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, linings, packaging, and protective covers intact.
You must include any accessories, dust bag, box, and original packaging materials that came with it.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, altered, used, or missing parts (unless the damage is our fault).
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or similar may not be eligible for returns or refunds. (We will clearly state such exceptions on the product page.)
2. Return / Exchange Options
When your returned item is accepted, you may choose one of the following (unless otherwise specified):
1.Full Refund to your original method of payment (minus any return shipping cost, unless we made an error).
2.Store Credit / Gift Card for the full value (if you prefer).
3.Exchange for the same item (if in stock) or for another bag of equal value (you may need to pay the difference or get a partial refund).
We will let you know once your return is received and inspected, and whether your requested refund or exchange is approved.
3. Return Process (How to Return)
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us by email at mustabelja@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions, including the return address and a return authorization if required.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
4. Ship the item back to us (see section on shipping cost below).
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
6. If approved, we will process the refund or send the exchanged item — refunds may take 7–14 business days or more (depending on your bank) to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. you received a defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
If you request a refund to the original payment method, we may deduct the cost of original outbound shipping (if free shipping was offered) or restocking fees (if applicable). We will clearly state any deductions before processing.
5. Defective or Damaged Items / Wrong Shipment
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or you were sent the wrong bag:
Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the defect or wrong item.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping both ways), at our discretion.
In such cases, you will not be charged return shipping fees.
6. Partial Refunds & Non-Returnable Situations
In some circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (for example):
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if we accept such returns at all).
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts or packaging.
Items on “Final Sale” or clearance that were clearly labeled as non-returnable.
We will deduct the cost of deterioration, missing parts, or restocking, if applicable, before issuing the partial refund.
7. Timeframe for Refunds
Once your return is approved:
Refunds to your credit card or original payment method will be processed within 7–14 business days, though your bank may take additional days to post the funds.
Store credit or gift card refunds are usually issued immediately once we accept the return.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The version posted here will always be the most current. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made.
If we make material changes, we may notify you via email or by posting a notice on our site.
